Rinse the raspberries and place them in a small saucepan. Juice the orange and add the juice to the pot along with the honey. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, then remove from the heat and mash the berries. Stir in the chia seeds and let the mixture cool. As it cools, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and thicken, creating a jam-like texture.
